Breakfast

  • Sticking with the cleansing idea, I’m having miso soup for breakfast
  • Tofu scrambler, inspired by The Quiet Storm diner in Pittsburgh (which started this blog!)

Dinner

Menu, week 50

This week, we took all of our meals from the Integrative Nutrition’s Fall Detox Guide. Everything was surprisingly delicious (for a cleanse) and we always felt full enough and had good energy.

I think we made that delicious polenta pizza again!
